Your Classroom in Motion is an app series designed for Universal Orlando (and later Universal Hollywood) that used games designed to be played alongside park attractions to introduce and
reinforce STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) concepts for participants.
Design: I facilitated whiteboarding of the original app concepts as well as development of more concrete designs for iteration. I created the final designs for each of the six developed apps as well as
multiple unused prototypes.
Development: Using Clickteam Fusion and XCode, I created six unique iOS tablet apps as well as variations on two of those for a separate park (Universal Hollywood).
UI/Art: I created most of the graphics used for the apps and built an interface specifically designed for use on the tablet hardware used by the client.
Support: I was responsible for maintaining and updating the apps post-release to both keep ongoing certification as well as consistency with the current state of the attractions. While in development,
I organized user tests and helped coordinate training of end users.
Production: I was responsible for coordinating with external artists to meet art requirements for some of the app backdrops.
YCIM Hollywood (2020)
YCIM Hollywood is an extension of the program launched in Orlando using a similar set of tablet games paired with park attractions. It includes three different apps, two of which are variations of games
used in Orlando and the third of which is a completely new game developed for that park.

YCIM Orlando (2017)
YCIM Orlando was launched with five tablet games, each paired with a single attraction in the park. The games were designed to be extensions of the experience of the attraction and to reinforce a single
STEM concept.
